Frontier Developments’ follow-up to last year’s bestselling WiiWare launch title LostWinds is to mark the 100th release for Nintendo’s downloadable games service in Europe.

LostWinds: Winter Of The Melodias, which was featured in Edge 206, will debut on WiiWare tomorrow for 1000 Wii Points (£7/€10/$10).

“We launched the original LostWinds game on WiiWare with much anticipation, as it was such an exciting and new way to access games,” said Frontier founder David Braben. “We are now thrilled to be able to mark the 100th game launch on WiiWare with LostWinds: Winter Of The Melodias.”
