I hardly ever came under fire whilst using mine - for some reason I was mostly shot at when carrying my GameGear, which stopped plenty of bullets, thankfully.

Given Germany's extreme discomfort over anything that represents the war, especially its insignias, I doubt very much that there would be a large market for such titles. Even if there is though, I'm sure the German market will have tired of the glut of WWII properties just as quickly as we have. They can always play the superior modern day sequels, and bombard another oppressive regime instead.

I, for one, have had enough, and will stick to shooting fallen utopians for a while ;-)

Good to see some more positive feedback to go with the Edge review. Many people seem to have missed the point with this game. However, if the voice acting in the demo is representive of the game proper, then it falls far short of the standards I would expect of 'something special'. The prostitute in the 2nd section of the demo, especially, is risible.
